This brand new site is set up perfectly setup for
search engine ranking.

The AdSense placement will get a high CTR due to
its prominent placement as well as the color schemes
used to highlight the ads. I have quite a few content sites
like this and they easily get over 10% CTR.

Currently I haven't done any promotion to this site.
It is indexed in Google, but there is no traffic to
it yet since it's only about one week old.

Let's see... what's included for $60.

The bidder will get one year domain with WhoIs privacy = $10

Plus the winner will also get the template so they can use it again and again as much as they want. I would say that the graphics and template alone would be worth at least $5.

So that leaves 10 pages of unique content, search engine optimized, with professional graphics and design, and optimized Adsense placement for the remaining $45. These articles are unique and have passed Copyscape. That works out to less than $5 per page for the articles.

If I can't sell it for $60, then I will just promote it and turn it into a site that makes $15-$30 per month. Of course this won't happen over night, but $60 doesn't sound too high when I consider all of the costs of creating this site.

Maybe in 90 days from now when it has established traffic I will turn around and sell it for $150-$200. Perhaps this would be a better way to go.... or maybe I will just keep it and collect the automatic commissions it will generate.

... I guess I'll find out come May 31st at 7PM when the auction ends, eh?

I'm glad to hear that. Obviously a site that is on the first page of Google is much more valuable than a brand new website with no traffic.

The reason why I ask is because I have lots of sites and no point wasting your time with sites you are not interested in.

Send me some of your specs and I will send you a list of sites I have available that will be what you are looking for. This way it should save you a little bit of trouble...

Hmm so it is, I would have been more interested in it if it wasn't so new. Google doesn't really trust new sites.

That's exactly the reason I can't/won't sell it for less than $50. If I did I would be losing money.

I have already turned down offers for to buy this site for $30.

If anyone else can create a website like this for $20 (I am figuring $10 for the domain name) I would love to hear how it's done.
