    Your site has to fit the following criteria:

    1. Averages $400+ a month in profit for at least 6 month or more
    2. Most of the traffic comes from search engines
    3. Has a PR1 or more
    4. Makes money primarily with Google AdSense.

    If you have what I'm looking for, consider the sale done!
