    but google is not indexing me. please review my site and tell me whats wrong.

    Hello,

    I visited your site, and according to me its seems to be perfect. Some advice i wanna give you that first, change your character encoding to Unicode (UTF-8) and submit your site to google webmaster tools. may be it will get cached within 1 week or less.

    I strongly recommend Google Webmaster Tools for more than that reason. Also, get back links. When a site you get a back link from gets indexed, so do you. You could use Hubpages or EzineArticles for this.

    Whatever you do, never, ever, ever do a Google Website Submission. It makes you appear desperate and can easily (or just generally will) sandbox you.

    Submit your sitemap to google via webmaster tools, also get a few backlinks pointing to your site, will help it get indexed faster.

    Also, it's important to have your site mentioned on Squidoo, HubPages, and EzineArticles. These will not only help you get indexed more quickly, but can boost you in the SERPs.
