It let us to be younger, active, fresh, poor of the people who don't exercice never. It is too important!.
it lengthens your lifespan it improves cardiovascular health it improves lung health it provides oxygen to parts of the body that may not be getting enough it makes you feel good it can cause you to lose weight it keeps you looking younger and better
exercise is particularly important for people like us because we spend most of the time with PCs/laptops. If there is no exercise routine the only things some people do is sleep, eat and look at a computer monitor. If it continues like that for some years you will look a mother/father to your friends lol.
I don't think I'd survive without exercise. As well as the obvious health benefits, there are huge mental benefits too... exercise is my number 2 priority in life, just after food
