Why is “exercise”, mainly important in our life?

    I believe that , exercise can exhilarate your mood and take you into a different world. Exercise does not just make you strong but it also makes you a happier and healthier person.

    exercise is particularly important for people like us because we spend most of the time with PCs/laptops. If there is no exercise routine the only things some people do is sleep, eat and look at a computer monitor. If it continues like that for some years you will look a mother/father to your friends lol.

    I don't think I'd survive without exercise. As well as the obvious health benefits, there are huge mental benefits too... exercise is my number 2 priority in life, just after food :)

    i exercise to keep myself in shape because due to the time i spend on the computer i grew up being a vegetable :p
