Must be able to reword them completely or nearly completely while keeping the same idea going. 2. Rewrite the titles as well. 3. Must pass CopyScape. 4. Oh, sorry about that. Each article is around 300-600 words. And that's not a rate per 100 words, that's a flat rate for each rewritten article.
You'll be searching for a while at that low rate. If you want an unprofessional and hardly legible article, you'd pay $1.50-2. Anything below $0.01 per word and everyone is wasting there time.

Hey, I'm not suprised, it's a pretty tight budget if your looking for quality. I paid $6-7 per 3-400 word review or article based on promoting Clickbank products ages ago, but found i could write them myself better anyway!
