WTH: Need someone to fix an error on an amemeber plugin ASAP!!

I am having a huge error with the "one time download" plugin for amember pro.

It's a small simple script (3 small php files) that regulates how many times a product can be downloaded.

I have everything setup correctly but the actual download gives me an error:

I seriously think it would only be an hour of work for a good php person. I need this fixed fast.
