    I am looking for someone to post in forums that are either UK, or related to the UK (e.g. would have many UK visitors). It does not matter whether these forums are dofollow, I am looking for UK traffic.

    this depends on how many forums you post in. Comments need to remain so they must not be spammy, so number of posts in a forum needs to look natural.
