No you cannot use website url in title tags, but you can use the keyword that is used in your url. For example: i have a website acaiberryinformations dot com. and i have used acai berry information in my title tag.So key word 1 | keyword 2 | website name This is right and key word 1 | keyword 2 | mywebsite.com This is wrong.

You don't have to use the website name at all, actually. For example, you might have a website name which doesn't really have a keyword or keyword phrase within it. Then, it's fine if you just use keyword phrases in your title.
You could put oyur website name in but it depends what it is - it is likely you will rank for your website name anyway after a few weeks and in this case you could have keyword 1 / keyword 2 / keyword 3. This could be more beneficial in getting you more relevant traffic.
