What are your thoughts on the use of Frames in A website.

How use of Frames is going to affect SERPS?

It would be a bad thing for SEO, I don't suggest on using it too for some reasons...
Once crawled by bots they will find almost no tags that could help them optimize their home page...
    Landing pages matters most...
You can have your site built in css, it's much better and more controlable...

I do not think that would be bad... But in any case that would not improve SEO.

Search engine spiders do not/can not read the content in the frames. For this reason it's not a good idea to include frames for SEO value.

Search Engine Crawlers can not parse frames. Dats y it is always suggested not to use frames so far as SEO is concerned. So use some sort of style sheets that can act as a good substitute for frames.

Let me explain it with an example. Suppose you have developed a website named "A" which has 500 pages. But, the website is built using frames. Now SE will not be able to see the inner pages except that of Home Page i.e. for SE your 500 page website will be equal to 1 page website. Moreover, no content including the meta description will be indexed by it and you will vanish from the SERP. So, don't use frames

    Thanks

Yes. Content inside the frame will not be readable and indexed by search engines. When you check the source code of a page that has a frame, the content that is included inside the frame is not visible.

Avoid frames as much as possible , Look for this page http://www.sheessentialbeauty.com/heal2.php which is frame and content is not cached. I have suggested to remove . So i suggest avoid using frames. The content in frames will not be cached in google
