    60% of The Peope Clicks on ad is to make money or to make the website owner make some money

    Google ads is Getting soooooooo Old that people can not see it anymore

    so depend on your self

    Yesterday i made one steps and i got like 2000 Mostly from UK/USA/CANDA/Europe and Others

    if you want to promote affiliate programs you can use adwords or the other PPC advert programs..for adsense better using SEO

    In general, I would say Google Adwords, Yahoo, Ask, Bing, Facebook, etc. It's difficult to say which would be best for your site, though, as it depends on your target market.
