    it is risky to place the ads in moving divs as its against TOS and account can be terminated

    Where in the TOS does it say that? :confused:

    I looked over it again and didn't see anything of the like.

    TOS doesn't allow Ads in popup but i guess it should be safe in moving DIVs.

    Uh, yes it does....Suggest checking out the Program Policies page. It specifically lists the following as verboten!

    Place ads in a floating box script.

    Why? The div is not floating, it's on the same page.

    If you did it cleverly enough it may be OK but you should ask first just to be safe

    Then by all means try it, I've asked, it IS against TOS, but go ahead and try it if you're clever. Being on the same page has nothing to do with whether or not the div is floating. By doing that, you are altering the delivery of the ad and you WILL be banned.

    Make it move VERY fast so the user will click all over your page chasing your ads.
