First of please forgive me if this is the wrong section. The webhost dicussion section has got all kinda of sellers. I bought one from one of the sellers and site is down right now even. So I figured I'll ask here.
I am looking for a good webhost, which allow nulled scripts such as vBulletin. I have a small forum and my site has been offline for weeks, which is really sad for me. My budget is $20-$25. In addition to the vBulletin, I plan to use a gallery like coppermine with image size average 600kb, a link shortening script. Please help. Thanks.

I think, 3ix.com and justhost.com will match your requirements.
Both hosts are affordable, rich on features and pretty stable

Nulled version makes your site at risk, try free forum softwares like mybb, phbb, smf etc..

No good host will allow you to use stolen software. Once the owner of the software - in this case vbulletin - makes a copyright claim on your site, any "good" host will shut your site down. Hosting providers do not get a good reputation by allowing their members to use stolen software.

Asking about a host that lets you use nulled scripts, is like asking if anyone knows of a good police officer that will let you sell illegal drugs. If the police officer was good, he would not let you sell drugs.

No "good" host is going to let you use illegal software on their servers.

I use the hosting that is in my signature and I can honestly say that it is the best web hosting I have ever used. Their support people are so friendly and so helpful that I have gotten to know most of them on a first name basis. Plus they are diffidently the cheapest web hosting out there with unlimited bandwidth on all their packages which would be great for your forum.

    Good luck.

Why don't you purchase vBulletin license so that you may host your site with regular providers itself which are far more reliable.

If you can't purchase then, why don't use free forums like Mybb or SMF. both are excellent softwares

There are many good host out there. Here is what you should check
    1. Be weary of sites that claim unlimited. Since there is no such thing as unlimited. I've never brought a hard drive that has unlimited space WEIRD.
    2. Also ask the host a couple questions before you sign up. This way you get a sense of there support
    3. Try to figure out what features you need. Don't just sign up because a place offers you a bunch of extra services. You don't need them and won't use them so don't be fooled.
    4. Look on forums and read reviews of other past experiences.
    5. Sign up for a monthly basis that way you can get out if you can.
    6. Most places will give a money back guarantee if they have nothing to hide.

Of course there are other things but that's a start.
