UK Based PHP Programmer looking for work.

I'm a UK based PHP developer, with 3 years PHP/MySQL experience, I have used the twitter api before also. If a project is below $200 then I will work for a flat fee per project, however anything over that will be charged at my hourly rate of $16.

There are no worries about communication with me, as you will be provided my MSN, email address and phone number so that you can contact me easily. I have a portfolio that isn't very expansive, as only lately have i started doing complete websites. The rest of the time I have been doing script modifications.

BTW, if any of you're wondering about the neg itrader on my account, it was left by someone who took 16 hours to reply to queries and doesn't understand people not working weekends, and also gets banned from DP during the completion of the work. Then when the work is completed he says he doesn't want it anymore and wants his money back. So just a little FYI.
