    I am in urgent need of a fully managed VPS or a Semi-Dedicated hosting.

    I am not going with any new company, suggest me only reputed and trustable hosting companies please as i have had very bad experience.

    I cannot handle anything on a VPS as i do not knowledge about it, the features i am looking for a hosting company:

    # VPS Fully managed by you, you should setup and get my sites running
    # Should transfer my sites from my previous host
    # Live support 24/7
    # 99.9% uptime
    # cPanel installed

    Even i read very good reviews about liquid web but not sure whether they provide managed VPS hosting.
    Lunar pages has special addon maintenance packages wherein they handle all the hardware, software which would be very beneficial for newbies like me.
    I really know nothing about the WHM, VPS backend, so what do you suggest mickss, whom should i go with blindly?

    lol no. You are wrong. With cPanel you need at least 512 MB RAM. That is, if you want the sites to do anything...
