Maybe we can use only SMTP, or maybe ready-scripts of control panel win or linux doesnt matter. we will not host any web site. we will add a domain and 1 email account to this hosting and will send newsletter to our members ( 1 time/monthly ). so will send monthly 110 k emails from this hosting emails can send : - daily minumum 20 k - or 110 k in 1 day Please send me your offers. Hosting IP Must be : - In white list of ISP providers ( especially HOTMAIL ) Our members' emails are %90 Hotmail emails. Can send to Bulk Folders, doesnt matter but must send to Hotmail directly. If i will have any problem with sending to Hotmail, i will cancell my hosting. - Emails are not Spam ! will not get any spam complaints. NEVER ! all emails are members emails and our real members. Mass mailing will cause serious server load in additional to the risk of spam complaints. You should consider buying a VPS or dedicated server in this case.

Dedicated server is the only option for you right now. Moreover be sure that you will need to have a explanations ready to the prospective host about wher those emails will be sent to
we used dedicated before for mailing, but it was not good dc because our emails were not sending to hotmail. They tried to fix this problem but they couldnt. after 2.000 email, hotmail was blocking their ip and not sending. They said me that they will add their ip to hotmail white list, but i think they couldnt. so we closed it. we can rent a dedicated sure, but dedicated company must give me guaranty for sending emails without any problem to Hotmail. its very important for us. its sending to gmail, yahoo etc..but hotmail very problem..
This is something that companies pay thousands to do properly and I feel you may have to look into these more expensive solutions. I would suggest going with an email marketing company, the best out there in my opinion are http://www.aweber.com/ Buying a dedicated server may work for a short while but sooner or later, you'll be blacklisted and end up at square 1. Leave it to the professionals.
register you domain with google apps.. you can use a normal mass mailer either from you pc or at google itself, there is 99 user limit from ur own pc and 499 user limit from google itself but you can send as many as you want. the limit is for how many email you can send at a time not a day..
can you give more info about your newsletters members? *Have they explicitly out-in to receive your mails? *Does all your mail include procedure to UNSUBCRIBE in footer *Can you submit proof of out-in requests made by members if demanded. Why I am asking all this stuff? See, Rules regarding Spam are very strict in US. and when you send mass mails there is a very high risk of IP being getting blacklisted due to spam complaints. and its a provider who has to bear for all this, client just switch hosts. After blacklisting that particular IP becomes unusable until you get it removed from the list which can be done if you have proper proof.
