Need to lower cost, Any ideas?

Can anyone give me an idea on how to cut down cost for my online travel business? So far here is what I implemented:

1. I hired 2 copywriters a month ago and made them use Ubuntu powered computers. They were frustrated (hehehehe) but they got the hang of it. That goes for my SEMs as well.

2. For my SEOs I made them use NVU, a dreamweaver counterpart. The problem here is they can’t stop tweaking their computers which really pissed me off.

 

ideas:
1. Recycle used papers
2. Turn off computers, lighting and air-condition when not in use.
3. Don’t give too much stress to your employee to avoid sick leaves.
4. If youre not using internet fax, you might want to check it out. Save on papers, inks and electricity. Also it’s far more convenient. I recommend RingCentral Business Phone System.

Change from dialup to unlimited broadband access to save cost.
SEO the site by yourself.

I recommend having 1 writer only and getting somone who will SEO the website for a cheaper price. I'd also recommend doing some of the SEO yourself as it's quite simple. I can help you out a bit if you want?

outsource it to India. Everyone else does There's a few businesses over there that offer services for small businesses at a fraction of the cost.
