How to check SEO of a article?

hi,

I was wondering is there a tool through which we could see the SEO of a paragraph or a article.

For suppose a client wants me to optimize "lasik". Then show can I check whether that particular paragraph or article is SEOed.

All you have to do is count the total number of words in the article as well as the number the keyword phrase appears to find the percentage of times the keyword appears in the article. I just want to say, however, that it's better to have a long tail keyword instead of just "lasik" which will be highly competitive.

 

use seo quake ( keyword density )

 

Well is there a online tool except SEO quake. I need something that can be used on a freshly prepared articles for my clients
