Could you suggest what could this site be about.. (I think its called site niche)
Currently i am hosting a blog over it, which has posts of all kind.. Just wanted to know what i can develop with this domain

p.s - Its indian domain. If u don't know what it means.. it means My World !

well bacially since it mean my world, you could set up a profiling site that creates profiles to people ,(''thereworld'')
You could make it so they have there personal page with subdomain...

You could build up some internet personality by being interesting, trying stuff and once people trust you, you can "review" products and make money off the sales.

"my world" sounds like it would be about you

 

Since it means "My World"..
1.You could put up some contents about the hot tourist spots around the world and include some tourists guides (Travel Niche)
2.You could put up something about you , your ambitions, dreams, feelings thoughts and much more about you since its your world
3. You could also update the latest happenings in the world.

I personally feel you can make it a travel niche blog which helps the tourists..

YOu have to change many things in your blog.
Let me know for which keyword you are targetting for Home page.
http://www.apunkaworld.com/?cat=67--------> this is not the way to set permalinks. Category should contain keyword and ofcourse your articles too.
Example: http://domainname.com/category/ --->category
http://domainname.com/category/articletitle.php --->article

 

Any niche that you are an expert on. be it movie reviews, gardening, history or anything. Niche is something like a topic within a topic.

Say you take the topic business. it is too wide. if you look for a niche then it might be forex trading, busines sstart up, business promotion etc. these are all niches inside the business category.

Niche targets specific section within a broader knowledge base

 

Since it is your world. It can be your personal collection of things like fashion wears, women accessories, handbags, jewellery, and etc. Share with others why you like them and give reviews on them. Write content about them and you may monetize it with affiliate programs like Commission Junction (Plenty of fashion, women accessories, etc advertisers to choose from).

Since this niche is all about yourself. You will not easily run out of ideas to create new content. This is my recommendation. Hope you get the idea.
