    try using blogger and aplly from there, and use a gmail account when applying.

    make a blog and then post 20 to 30 articles there and apply for adsence

    I think Now a days adsense do not approve for free blogs like blogger so go to wordpress have some unique domain name and then put around 15-20 Unique article without doing promotion of some particular site.

    Try to get good amount of Unique visitors and then apply for adsense i hope it will work.
