2 Year Old Incentive Freebie Website Has Earned Over $120,000 PROFIT

I am selling my incentive site EarnGiftsFree.com There are 4 sites within the network: Ipods, Gaming, Cash, and Babies.

Users sign up, choose a prize, complete their offer requirements and cash out for their prize. Prizes are sent by the site owner. Cash prizes are sent via paypal and goods are purchased and shipped by the site owner over the web.

The site owners make their money from the affiliate companies. We are paid x amount of dollars to run each offer. Each time a user completes an offer you get paid.

We currently have 3390 unique users. I have been in business since July of 2007. Payouts are up to date. The last 3 or 4 months have really slowed down as I have held back on running promotions and advertising due to personal reasons.

I am pricing this site to sell as I am having personal financial difficulty. I have made a net profit of 80k with this site since inception.

The new owner will need to pay a license transfer fee of $50.

I will transfer the site to the new owners host if requested.

As a bonus, you will take over the sub-forums this site has on the major trading forums. A4F, FLR, FIPG, CaliStyle101, Freebie Society and I broke The Bank.

The site has earned just over 5k in the last 6 months. The site uses FSR script which is very popular and user friendly.

I belong to about 7 different affiliate companies and I will help the new owner get signed up with the affiliate companies which is where you get your offers from.

In the last 16 months I have made just over 80k dollars which is an average of 5k per month. With some work and some capital to work with, you can do the same if not better.

Earnings have declined since I no longer have any time to manage the site properly and knew that I'd be selling. Therefore, I let the site go so there would be no extra payouts for the new owner. I sold this website to and he has copied my listing from sitepoint to here.

The funds did transfer and go through but I don't know why he has copied my original auction thread along with various pm's I have sent him like:

Again. I'm not sure what is going on but I do not own this site anymore. He did purchase it from me and he is free to do with it whatever he likes but I would be careful as this seems real fishy now.
