Ezine Article Experiment I did

I did an experiment by opening a new account and posting my wife's picture on it. I posted three articles and I also posted three articles.

It took about one week for all articles to go live. Based on the results I have to say I will write more articles under my wife's picture, (by the way she said it was fine).

She's gotten more views than me about twice the amount. A lot more URL clicks than me.

I guess what I'm trying to say pretty attracts people and I intend to exploit that.

Anyone else done something like that?

LOL Ruben. That is awesome! Though obvious, I would never have thought of it. But it makes total sense.

As the old saying goes, "Sex sells!".

 

I would only use her image for content that does not draw innapropiate thoughts of course, lol

i think those articles sites dont bring quality traffic. In thus case- it may be even lower quality.
But maybe i am mistaken...

 

Ezine can bring you very good quality traffic. They always rank very well in Google. First article I posted about two months ago was on the third page of Google in like a week and I didn't even work on keyword research for the tittle.

By the way I wrote this last article with my wife's image promoting a product and made a sale already and this article was posted live yesterday, already has one rating of four out of five, one subscriber so I will definitely continue experimenting with this not just to promote products but to promote my sites as well.

Using SEO keyword research on the tittle, keywords in content, good tags, pretty face on image, and you have yourself a good promotional article either for your site or a product.

Subliminal messages, gotta love it.

were all the articles about a similar product or service or where they about different products

Did you see many sales from the clicks or where they clicking because they liked the look of your wife !!

 

Two different products, but in average hers had more views than mine, more URL clicks.

Three sales so far from 6 articles, 2 from hers one from mine. The way I see it sometimes people browse for whatever they're looking for they just need something extra to lure them in, a nice image works I guess

There is research to back up attractive people having advantages. But they also have challenges.

An article on Yahoo Today talked about the Advantages of Taller People in earning more money. The Study was conducted in Australia.

It's human behavior and psychology. After all good marketing is understanding and learning how to leverage Human Behaviors.

People may want to say they have no bias towards something or other... but the reality is on a subconscious level we all have our own belief systems that steer our choices.

There was another study I read not too long ago how babies are more drawn towards attractive people.

Thank God for Dogs... all you have to do is love them, and they give it right back!

 

Hilarious! Nice strategy. Your wife got more views, probably because there are more men who use the internet. But I kinda agree with everybody says here, attractive people can really draw attention.

 

Well you might get views, just make sure you have products for fetishes or something lol

 

I also doing that kind of strategy and it really works.
