    that depends on what type of super affiliates you are looking for some type of super affiliates go to some place:)

    marygoberry you knock on their doors!

    Seriously, you have have your program dialed, easy to find for your niche, competitive and then you are ready to recruit. Affiliate marketing is about relationships built over time and it can take a year to get a top affiliate to join you. Or if you are CPA then its all about the deal and turn & burn.

    Really anybody can be a super affiliate if they just learn the methods and take the time to make it happen.
