90 was gone from My MoneyBookers account

    Today I found that 90 $ have gone from my moneybookers account to unkown e-mail

    how is that ?!!!!!!!!

    I have very strong pass and no spaywares enter my PC

    What Can I do ?

    any help ?

    If you haven't sent that money to anyone else then maybe your account hacked :rolleyes: Try to contact MB through their support system and let them know of this issue.

    have you ever got some email asking you to login your MB because of security check or something try to phish you?
    probably you get phished before and you don't know.

    I only enter E-Banks from my favourites

    You will not believe me that I do not remember my password till I copy it from text file I save it on ( that is why I am so frustrated )

    I think you are mistaken about MB

    Today ( after 2 days ) they sent me an e-mail telling me that my account was locked for outgoing transactions & credit card withdrwal for security reasons & to change my ( Primary E-mail & Password ) to unlock it .

    When I logged to my account I found the 90$ refunded to me & I did what they asked me .

    I think they were very helpful .

    Besides as we all know moneybookers is the best after Paypal , and it comes in the first place when paypal is locked in your country as in my case .
