Personally, I use my friend's host: SolidNode.com. They are one of the more respected offshore hosts not ran by some 12yr old kid.

Reviews yes. But the reviews were when i offered free hosting on the server. I scrapped the idea of free hosting and moved on to paid as the servers were abused by many. I've had 1-2 reviews for paid hosting but that's it at the moment. Everyone starts somewhere i guess. If you take a backup of cPanel, you can migrate it to new hosting. Thanks.
