Adsense Account Suspended

Discussion in 'AdSense' started by peacemaker, May 13, 2009.

Google wrote me email on May 01 because I was blending ads with the content. I changed the ads and marked them clearly as "Advertisements". Still they suspended my account. I haven't contacted adsense support. Just wanted to check here if anyone has experienced the same and is there any possiblity of reinstating my account. (My account is not disabled yet - just no ad serving)

    Thanks

    ---------------------

Publishers may not implement Google ads in a manner that disguises the ads in any way. For instance, publishers may not place ads under misleading headers or titles as this may confuse users into thinking the ads are actually site links related to that header. To avoid this issue, we ask that publishers use only "sponsored links" or "advertisements" to label ads.

Please make any necessary changes to your webpages in the next 72 hours. We also suggest that you take the time to review our program policies (https://www.google.com/adsense/policies) to ensure that all of your other pages are in compliance.

Once you update your site, we will automatically detect the changes and ad serving will not be affected. If you choose not to make the changes to your account within the next three days, your account will remain active but you will no longer be able to display ads on the site. Please note, however, that we may disable your account if further violations are found in the future.

No one can give you suggestions if you don't share the URL of your web site.

I will suggest you contact/email them and say to them that you have made the necessary changes before 72 hours. Maybe once you made the changes, Google failed to automatically detect the changes. This is why(Maybe).

Remove the blend and use the original code, that's the only way.
After that, email to adsense telling that the changing have been made

you may probably need to go back on each page and make sure that all the pages are in compliance and once you have done that, contact or email them saying you have already made the necessary adjustments or changes and the you need the ads back up again.

BTW. It would be nice if we can see your blog or your url so we can make the necessary assessment of what we can see if it's possible.

They are giving you 72 hours to make the necessary changes. I don't see what the problem is as you have 3 days to correct this...

Thank you all. 72 hours are over on May 4th. Although I made the changes, google didn't like it. Since my site is old plain html and has about 300+ pages, I will be done with the changes in next 2-3 days. Let us see what happens.

I didn't try to trick them. I have been with adsense for more than three years. One of google employee verified my site an year ago. We communicated for about a week made sure that it is compliant with their policy. I don't know why all of sudeen it happened.

Once I am done with the changes, I will contact adsense support.

im sorry to hear that my friend.. what is your website url. maybe you did not follow the google TOS, or you clicked your own ads?, google adsense will not ban without any good reason. this is an action to safe guard the adwords publishers..
