    Despite lying on the ground with his arms and legs spread, a suspect got a face full of police boot on Wednesday. The kicking cop added insult to injury by giving a post-beating high five. The brutality was the final chapter of a pursuit that began about 1:30 p.m. at an attempted traffic stop in El Monte, Calif. Police tried to stop the motorist for a traffic violation, said California Highway Patrol Officer Jose Nunez.

    Sick. These cops give good cops a bad name. Than some people wonder why most people hate cops. Most are in a power trip.

    I agree. The suspect was laying down, he was of no threat to the officer and yet the officer decided to kick him in the head. I understand the officer must have be angry from the chase but he still has no right to kick anyone in head.

    Actually, the kick to the head is ok so long as he shouts out, "STOP RESISTING!!" first.

    LOL he must of forgot to follow the book that time, and he should be fired because the suspect was clearly cooperating, and I don't that kick was because the cop was mad but more so for his ego.
