Google not indexing my busy forum site, pls help.

Its a PHPBB3 forum, its bit busy daily getting average 500 usiques and 50-100 posts. I have submitted my sitemap using Webmaster tool to google before 4 months, still now google indexed 300 pages only out of 2090 URLs!

My site is only 5 months old, I have installed PHPBB3 SEO mod. Any idea?

forums often have problems with long urls with lots of query paremeters that Google doesnt like. If you dont have search engine friendly url's you will get this problem. You can probably find a forum mod to do that easy enough.

Switch to vBulletin and get vBSEO and / or Sitemap generator mod.

No idea what's wrong with your PHPBB3 but if the blog is indexing and your forum ins't then its got nothing to do with links....

Is it possible that the same content is being indexed from elsewhere, and thus being filtered out of the SERPs?
(Google does not like to show multiples of the same/highly similar content).

First create sitemap.xml and sitemap.html and add in webmaster tool. After start pinging of your website every page.
