i have been working out 3 times a week- mon, weds, fri nearly every week about 2 hours sessions (1 hour cardio, 1 hour weights) for two years straight. Sometimes i do an extra session on weekend or go for a run or do a sprint session. I have lost about 20kgs, more toned, way fitter, dropped two clothing sizes and have way bigger guns (arm muscles) Cant believe when i look in the mirror that the reflection is me sometimes. I love it and dont wanna stop and go back to the unhappy fat slob i was before. Used to think that the gym was just for body image obsessed meat heads and sports jocks but almost all the people are nice and non judemental. There is a great mix of people of all levels and backgrounds at my gym. I urge everyone to try it for at least 2 times a week for a few months before deciding whether to continue. The more you do it the more you will enjoy it, especially if see some difference in your body/mind. Its very rewarding and fun!
I go to the gym if i have time like once a week i love going to the gym though, but because of busy schedule i was not able to hit my target, im hoping to spend like three times a week if possible.
