Payoneer MoneyBookers and Plimus Card Problem

I need payoneer ac for Moneybookers and plimus, I select moneybookers for paying can i get plimus and moneybookers Card or i did something wrong , please guide me step by step.

I registered there but does not enter any password and while recovering it says, email is not in our db.

For Plimus card, you need to have account with them and you need to withdraw first payout to your bank account then they will issue you a master card that you can use next time to withdrawing your earnings.
