Offer doesn't allow ppc traffic but competitors are....

I recently found a offer which i was interested in on google adwords, i noticed there's about 3-4 sites which have the offer on their webpage which they promote via ppc. I signed up to the company who has the offer, and on their conditions page they clearly state NO SEARCH MARKETING. I emailed them telling them that there are sites on google adwords promoting the offer via ppc, they sent me back a generic reply. I was wondering how do they get away with this, and how could i promote this offer without them finding my traffic is coming from pay per click traffic?

What i've generally noticed is that some CPA networks always break the rules and the advertisers are simply too lazy (or the departments are too disconnected to care) to enforce it. Just ignore them and follow the rules - following the rules and restrictions of an offer is always the best way to ensure you will be paid your commissions where due.

The cyberspace is crowded by fake affiliates and lead generators. I think Jim Smith is right, they cannot stop you spending your money. I would also suggest that you should try Prizm Media Group or Lead Box Online to enhance your affiliate campaigns.
