Script on WP

Any one know if it's possible to have a script working on a WP page?
For example a url shrinking script.

 

I think you need to be more specific, since WP is one big PhP script that also allows for plugin capabilities (which are also php scripts)

 

set up the url shrinker in a subdomain.

pass the url to shorten via a token (md5 hash or whatever) and then present it to the user.

 

There are plugins available which allows you to run PHP code in both posts, sidebars and more. Google for "run php in wordpress" or "wordpress run php". If you are comfortable editing the main template (theme) files, you can add whatever PHP-coding you want.
