    I guess I would get up out of my chair. Possibly put on some clothes instead of my pajamas. Maybe move around the house. And I might even talk to my family. And then, if I was feeling brave, I could go outdoors. Breathe fresh air. Feel the sun on my skin, and the wind on my face. Possibly even talk to a neighbor, live, face to face talking instead of chatting on Facebook. :eek:
