Converting ALL CAPS to regular sentences

Im not sure if everyone already knows how to do this but I didn't so I thought maybe this would help someone as clueless as me.

I kept getting people emailing me with info I needed in ALL CAPS. ITS REALLY DIFFICULT TO READ AND OBVIOUSLY I HAVE TO CHANGE IT BEFORE USING IT.

I never knew that existed but it has proven really useful!!

If the email comes from a scripting language you can pre-format it as you wish quote simply.

Yeah, unfortunately in my case these were people emailing directly to my gMail account.

Its also good for those mails from the Nigerian businessman who's deposed Uncle died leaving millions. Those are always in caps :D

I knew that, but it is helpful nevertheless...

Now I just need to see if there is a way to disable that key entirely on my new ACER LT. I'm hitting it all the time since I never learned how to type; (my typing method = 2 parts hunt, 3 parts peck).

On my old Thinkpad I just physically removed the key!!
