backlink from a low PR

Hi Friends, my blog has PR3. So my concern is getting backlink from a PR1 or PR2 blogs is good or bad?
One more thing, for my same blog which has PR3 If i get a backlink from a blog which has no PR is also good or bad?

 

There is no problem at all if you are getting one way backlinks from resources which have PR less than yours. But never give one way links to sites having PR less than your site unless you think that the website has really good content which is an add-on for your visitors

 

In my opinion, it doesn't matter how high or low the backlinks of the PR. As long as I've attained quality backlinks from the other site or niche site/blogs, then I'll be happy for that.

I am not an SEO expert but I have been learning along the way. One owner of a site who is an expert wanted to trade links with one of my more established sites but he wanted to have a link on a page in my site with high PR. That was a clue for me that PR does matter. So I suppose a low PR page isn't too good to get your link on

 

getting one way link from the lower pr blog is helpful for the ranking and backlink also.

It will provide you with little PR juice but it won't hurt you!

 

PR 1 link can always go to PR 3 in time . So buying PR 0 links or PR 1 links can always be beneficial.

If your main concern is about its PR juice, don't much worry about that. As long as it's relevant to your site's niche, has quality content and has no too much outgoing links, you should still consider them for exchanging links even though their page rank is lower than yours...
