Due to a whole web of mess in my personal life, I've decided to sell up all
things proxy. As part of the aforementioned mess, I wasn't monetizing these
as well as I could (or as you could), but such is life.

All the proxies use the following traffic filtering:
Crap traffic (like china) & below average traffic (like Russia) is sent to
Democraticmuscle.info, which then sorts out stuff that's still worth having
(like russia), and that which isn't (like china). China and the like gets
sent to a sedo parked domain page, while russia and the sort is allowed to
view the proxy. Democraticmuscle.info is saturated with advertising to make
up for the lower eCPM provided by that traffic. This also leaves the other
proxies to only deal with 'nice' traffic (and ad networks that want you to
have certain % of US traffic, etc).
