Clicks with same IP range = same click? Or counts as different?

I have a large amount of members on my site with the same IP range. Maybe it is the same person, I don't know (you tell me) but the IPs are all

(for example) 99.99.99.**. Only the last 2 numbers change. If google ads get clicks from the same 1st 3 IP variables, but the last one is different, does it count as same, or different clicks?

I think they may be users on the same school campus or something, but I'm not sure. Please shed some light on this, and what google adsense thinks of such clicks.

    THanks!

well theres not guarantee but adsense may track it using cookies and computer names, processor ID and some we dont know about.. google is big brother. so its up to them to audit those clicks..

    They know my processor? :|

Thanks for the replies so far, but this is a very grey area issue, no responses, even on the adsense forum!

If anyone else knows about this, please reply.

Trust Adsense as they have lot of ways to detect, IP is just one of them.

True. Adsense records source of referring site/page and keywords in case referrer is search engine.

    Best Way is that...

If you use Wordpress Just Ban the ip using wildcard with the Wp-Ban Plugin...

    That Serves Better...

Google May be Big... But i Am Bigger...

Eventhrough the same IP click two times, it count as two, not one
