    As above report of BBC, their are more than 40,000 blogger from India. So, its mean huge traffic from Indian bloggers

    The blogger holder outside from India also in loss if it is banned???
    Becoz they are getting huge traffic from India.
    Huge Traffic = Huge Income

    It is totally a wrong step that are being taken by Indian Government or i think it is a wrong implementation by ISPs. I am unable to open any of my blogs which are hosted in blogspot.com
    I am regular blogger and i like to read various blogs regularly from which most of blogs are hosted on blogspot.com It is very embarassing situation for me.

    I don't thing few blogs or i think 17 websites which govt. want to ban can influence anything. Govt. should think that reader of such sites are very few. And by this way they are getting good popularity. Till today no one knows about them but now they are famous.

    If today govt. bans blogspot then they will made their site on wordpress or other blog hoster. Or they can even create a site. Because you all know internet is a big thing. You can't stop anybody. You can just ignore them. That's the best way. Rather than giving troubles to all who are innocent in this. If someone is doing any business by such blogs then it will create a lot troubles to him.

    nothing special in that, and everyone knows how to check the page rank :)

    What we need is a solution to this ban not a tool to check the page rank of blocked blogs :mad:

    you can for example install the TOR gateway program located at http://tor.eff.org/ . It is essentially a big network of proxy nodes which you can use freely.

    As a Dp member pointed out earlier in this thred, "this is all for just show off. The men at the top just want to show that they've done something to curb these website". Here in our homeland Kerala there is a proverb which says, "you cant burn your house because there are some Rats troubling you!". here what has happend is just that.. :rolleyes:
