The average click through rate on my site http://www.Jihoy.com is about 0.4% to 0.6% in the last few months, but something really weird after I integrated adsense with google analytics. I have periods where adsense click through rate of 0.1% or lower and ridiculously low earnings (6 clicks for 3 cents? 4 of the 6 clicks don't pay), then this morning, click through rate was at 2.7% (dangerously high). I am suspecting that there might be a time lag in recording the clicks? Total average monthly is still at 0.6%, so there isn't major significant changes, it's just that the click through rate now is all over the place since I integrated analytics.
2.7% is not dangerously high. On the contrary, rates over 15% are commonplace. If you're not clicking your own ads, just relax, you're doing just fine.
2.7 is not high at all... it's not dangerous. Not even 20% is dangerous. It is dangerous if you are clicking on your own ads or if someone else keeps clicking on your own ads... other than that you're just fine. You should be happy and not scared .6 to 2.7 is a pretty good progress
just an FYI, it's a big fat no-no to use watermarked istockphoto's in your graphics. i advise you to buy the image.
