No ads will show on the Google until after being reviewed and approved.
Be patient, the review process can take up to 5 business days:)

I have been waiting nearly 2 weeks for approval for my arcade site. It remains "under review". This points to a sub domain so am not sure if this is a factor. Most of my other ads for my online store are approved within hours.

Not quite sure what is up with this.

Look at your actual "ad" from the control panel. It will say if it is under review or not. I know it took me awhile to find why I was not getting Adwords traffic for the arcade. All else appeared as if the ad was fine. It would be nice if they put a notice on the control panel entry stating that you have ads under review.

    All the Best,

Same problem here. Even though the status says "active" there are no impressions. I know I have highly searched keywords. What's up with that ? Should the status not say "under review" if that is the case ?

The problem is that your ads are not optimized and mostly people might have bid for a higher CPC than you. Soo google serves them first unless your ads are so compelling that more people click and click. usually it is the highet CPC that gets lots of impressions. How much did you set CPC? try increasing the CPC and I bet you will see a huge change

Problem is not CPC. Only a few keywords states "Bid is below first page bid estimate of $x.xx"
    Most keywords has 7/10 rating

    Still not getting impressions

I have had an ad under review for over 3 weeks now. I emailed them twice and no response at all.
I am considering letting my balance run out on my other ads and just dropping them. No matter how large you are you should not ignore your customers.

i reckon google should be more upfront and at least telling customers that their account is "awaiting approval"... many people are not aware of this!
