    Not to be weird or anything...but anyone with Windows Movie Maker on XP can do something like that. It's just titles. You really cannot expect people to pay $20.00 for a 1-2 minute movie. Heck I would make a fortune then offering the same service as you and charging someone $3 a vid. The text itself isn't hard. When I look for someone to create a video, I want more than just text or text with music. Now if you did proper AMV's (anime music videos) like this:

    Then I would gladly pay up to $30.00 per video. But these people know how to create proper stuff.

    Plus it's not as hard as you think to create something like this. I would suggest find tutorials and improve and then offer your services.
