    Hi, your site is looking great. If I were you I'd integrate the ads into the post contents. That's the only thing I'd change there.

    Otherwise congratulations and good luck with the site.

    Is your site Money making online1? if that is the site then it looks good to me. But I would change the first block of ads at the beginning and change it with a 336 x 280 ad unit without border.

    I agree with JulieV. A bigger block at the top will maximise the hotspot on your site.

    imho, using a 468x60 adsense banner on the top and a blended background vertical text ads on your sidebar would be better..
