Yes you could run this site from any country in the world you wish. The server is already included however and will not affect the price should you decide to move the site to a new server. Curl, php, mysql are required.

Someone offered me 8k via escrow this morning. No thank you. i agree escrow is great and secure however this is an urgent sale to pay my already late tuition or I would not even sell this. I know what this will be in a few months from now properly run and it hurts to even have to sell this. To use escrow would be looking at many weeks yet before my tuition could be paid and I am already nearly two weeks late paying. If I cannot pay this coming week I will not get in to my course. Paypal, Direct bank wire, or WU would close the deal fast. There is no risk for the buyer. Once funds are clear, I will give 100% access to everything including push the domain, Introduce to the host who deals with the server, Give all accounts and passwords related to the site. As I said in my original post I want an honest clean quick sale. The buyer benefits from Great traffic, income, and a way to make your other holdings much larger instantly. 8k is a solid sale. 8k is nothing compared to what this site will make if maintained proper and members treated proper over the next few months.

I tried to edit my previous post again to no avail.

The current high offer is 6k for a quick sale via PayPal. Is anyone to top this?

When I posted this there were 21478 members.
    Now there is 22293 Users

This is around 800 or so member gain in very short time and I have done absolutely nothing to gain these members.
I spent the weekend raking my yard and cleaning.
If the buyer put some ads on job related websites and college forums and sites it would be scary how quickly this will grow.

The problem here is the risk lies with the buyer. There is absolutely no guarantee that you will push the domain after you receive the money and the buyer would have NO protection from Paypal should the deal go sour as this is a domain and not physical goods. I would have also bought this site from you via Escrow.com for $8k but it's simply too risky via Paypal. Should you decide to go with the Escrow route, please PM me.

    Thanks

Neo we are not hiding any referer. The publisher is fine with the site and have paid via bank wire.
When you think about it pretty much all CPA is now incentisized. Take facebook apps for instance. "Click here to earn more credits" for stupid little games. The publisher is fine with it. I will not post the publisher name in this thread however. I will only provide that to the buyer.

webworxs I appreciate the offer but keep in mind it is the seller who has no protection from paypal, not the buyer. I too will have to trust the buyer. Paypal always sides with a buyer on virtual goods. If I were not already 2 weeks late and possibly to lose my seat at school this week over this I would definately use escrow with you. Feel free to add me to msn to discuss accounting @ paidontime.org

Escrow.com has a much longer wait time than will work for me and my school.

How quickly are all payments processed?

Wire Transfers: It depends upon your financial institution; some require a few hours or even a few days before they can wire funds. We process wire transfers each business day.

Credit Cards: Payments with credit cards are processed after receipt of Escrow.com's Credit Card Authorization Form, usually within 2 business days.

PayPal: Payments received in Escrow.com's PayPal account are usually processed within 2 business days. Please note that not all PayPal payment are received instantly into our PayPal account. PayPal payments sent from a Buyer's bank account take four or more days to be received into Escrow.com's PayPal account.

Checks and Money Orders: All types of checks and money orders are not approved until ten banking days after Escrow.com receives the payment. This includes cashier's checks and money orders. Escrow.com does not accept any type of check or money order over our $2000.00 limit or when drawn from a bank outside the United States.

That is because I am selling my one and only site.
If I were out to sell many sites I would have itrader.
If someone wishes to own the site they will have to go ahead and buy it.
I mean no one any disrespect but because I am new here does not mean I am a bad trader. I am the one who wants a clean, honest, scam free sale. (Yes I already had a buyer try and scam me for the site). Besides, the sooner the payment is done, the sooner the buyer gets the site to begin running it and the sooner I am in school. My long term goal is to become a real estate agent, open a brokerage online and dominate my local market where the average home sells for 500k + .

If anyone wants this via escrow let's do the deal. I need it on the way to my school quickly.

I saw you were on but did not reply to my pm. Does this mean you are not interested or have other engagements?

Wow how nice. I've been using the cpa publisher for 4 months with absolutely no problem, getting paid by them and more and suddenly within 2 hours of you asking this question which I never answered the account has suddenly been suspended. I'd like to thank you for being a total prick and whining to them about this!

That is ok. I now have arrangements for another publisher who has many advertisers that DO allow incentives. It will not be added to the site until after the sale.
I am amazed that someone would do that to someone else.

The new publisher (Actually a very old company and I have had an account with them for over 3 years.) says it's absolutely fine. (No I will not name them, but if required will help the buyer with an account since they are hard to get an account with.)
It says this on their website.

Payout Frequency/Minimum: You should not offer daily payouts, weekly payouts, or anything faster than monthly. In addition, you should set a minimum payment threshold that would require a member to complete several offers before they can get their payout.

This means that it is no problem to use them for this project.
The payout for members with the cpa is and has always been net 60.

BIN now set to 5k if bought today.
I need to sell this for my school.

It's hard to estimate a daily amount because it changes every day. Some days are better than others, The monthly Avg so far has been 1300.00 to 1700.00 net profit after payouts. There is also so many ways this can be further monetized with the vast amount of traffic. (cpm?, forced cpa ads on free member cashouts? other ways)

If you want this traffic monster please click this link.

I'm running the stats since the 1st of May right now and will post them in a while.

Escrow only takes about 2 days if using credit card or PayPal on escrow.com. Are you sure that you will not except escrow? I understand that you need the payment fast in order to pay for your tuition, but I (and many others) simply will not drop this kind of money on a digital item unless escrow is used.

newview I can accept escrow but at 5k plus fees if that is fair. I've already dropped 3k off of the price in order to sell quick enough to get into school. I have very limited time frame.
Are you saying you wish to buy via escrow? If so pm me so we can get started. If a deal is made I will post in this thread. If I have not posted that the site is sold please consider the site is still for sale.

Stats from May 1 are available now. Keep in mind it is only 8:49 am here so the 5th has not processed for the day. It has only processed partially.

This is about the 5th time someone has said they will buy it if I allow escrow and the 5th time a buyer has blown smoke. Why waste my time if you have no intention on actually purchasing this?
Make me an offer near 5k, pay the money and it's yours. I do not have time to waste on this sale. I am in danger of not being able to get into school now.

I was not blowing smoke, and I never told you that I'd buy. In order to seriously consider buying the site, I had to know if you would accept Escrow. I am now in the process of making a decision and I'm sure that many others are also. I'm sure that this site will be sold.

I wasn't referring to you newview. You've been great. I'm referring to a few members in these forums and on another site. Meanwhile I am working with the publisher of the "new" cpa company to arrange an xml feed of incentive allowed offers with trackback for the buyer. So far so good and we are discussing the best way to manage it. They have absolutely no issues at all with allowing it for the incentive allowed offers which is great. They are well known and pay!

This is very stressful for me because the original buyer two weeks ago failed to complete the sale leaving me with a large problem with regards to my schooling.

While I was typing that the site just got a payment too from alertpay.com

This email confirms that you received a payment of $10.00 USD from Edited(Edited).

    Payment Details

    Date: 5/5/2009 2:50:58 PM

    Amount Paid: $10.00 USD

UPDATE.. The new publisher is fine with the incentive allowed offers being used to earn the site money, as well as members.
They are even fine with using them for forcing a user to do one prior to gaining their cashout balance (Free members).

    They pay

The cpa I used has now gone. Since I posted this thread something funny happened and they said we could not use them further. We do still have access to the account and the balance still earned. I have been paid in past via direct bank wire. (No I will not screenshot my bank account for anyone.) . (Our account is still there. It was payment via wire. I have however worked out a better deal with a bigger and more well known cpa company. They have been around for years and will allow the site to operate on it's incentive allowed offers which they have many.)

We directly asked them about forcing free members to do CPA offers, as well as cpa offers onsite and they went in and made the account incentive offers only for us and said this.

UPDATE.. The new publisher is fine with the incentive allowed offers being used to earn the site money, as well as members.
They are even fine with using them for forcing a user to do one prior to gaining their cashout balance (Free members).

Glad to have you on board.

This particular account goes with the site. I will not publicly disclose who the cpa company is because of what happened the other day.
There "Are" incentive allowing cpa companies that are large that are willing to work with you if you have the correct traffic and volume. I cannot disclose more except to the buyer on a closed sale.

What I can show you is the previous publisher payment prior's last payment to the site.

Frankly their value per offer stunk compared to the new "old" publisher.

Neo235 unless you've bought and paid for this site I will tell you nothing further. There are many ptc sites out there that would beg, steal, and die for this information.
