Switching Domains using Htaccess with SEO in Mind

On one of my sites has been renamed, so I have to switch from one domain to the other. There's already quite a few backlinks built up to the original domain, so I'm looking for a way to not loose out on the PR juice.

I don't want to break any of the urls, so I basically want all urls on the original domain to forward to the new domain with the path intact.

    So that
    abc.com/this-is-a-link
    Code (markup):
    takes the person to
    123.com/this-is-a-link
    Code (markup):
I'd like it to pass PR juice or so that Google will de-index the old urls and replace the urls with the new domain. Thinking this is done with htaccess, but looking for the right code.

Thanks, rep to the best answer(s) of course :)
