I would just make your Logo a different color, that should do it. As for Privacy Policy, did you add those three updated that were needed?
There is a possibility that adsense will bid you farewell. Many will not make any search on your SE(?) and will look for the exit (adsense ads). Just like telling your visitors "Nothing here. Click the ads/links!!!"
you can put search box in no content page but you can not use google's trade mark and smiler design as for your logo this will be the cause you will get banned.
If your site had a bit more content, it would be more acceptable, but seeing how it is, I believe it would be a valid reason to ban your Adsense account. Just don't be surprised that we told you so if they do.
No i donot think so that you will be banned. But if your ecpm and page ctr will rise as comparing with clicks on ads coming in search results then may be it will possible Google may ban you. But rare chances to ban. Google decides about banning after reviewing sites.
No, thanks friend I didn't do that because if it's against TOS, I think they will ban me instantly instead of telling me that the site isn't ok. Do you think if I contact google, and my website isn't ok with their TOS, they will tell me about that or will ban me directly without warning me ?

You're heading for a ban on many levels! Which, is just as well, since the site doesn't add anything to what is already out there. Simply another copy cat from someone too lazy to do any real work on a site and who hopes to get rich like the myriad of other people out there with $ for eyeballs.
