The design is nice......and unique. Just a reminder if you use Google adsense, you need to have a privacy policy somewhere on your page.

Nice header ilustration I like with your globe. I think your design will be better if you add navigation menu in the top.
Looks pretty good for a WordPress theme. I like the background/header you have going on. If it were me, I would add blended AdSense below your navigation and also small between your links. Mimick the styles of the AdSense, and use similar colors to make the ads look like part of your site. Remember, you want to bring attention to them, and make people click on them. Try adding images near it, but be sure to comply with guidelines. G'luck!
all is fine but heart on the top of the page gives an impression of matrimonial site. If u want to show a heart, show it the way medical science shows it. Untill now it looks like a heart painted by a romantic artist.
