    Hey guys,

    I'm selling one of my latest niche sites that I have been working on these past few weeks. Even though the site has been around for such a short amount of time, it's got some pretty awesome stats.

    • Yahoo! Inbound Links: 7,000+
    • Alexa Rank: 2,034,604
    • Google Indexed Pages: 250+
    • Daily Unique Visitors: 40-100 Per Day
    • SEO and AdSense Optimized

    The site is currently making about $0.7 and that can easily be doubled by integrating Amazon within the site or even selling your own product. (How to Get Rid of Ants - Once and For All!; just an example). In other words, this site can be taken from $30/month to $100/month quite easily.

    The posts on the site are automatically posted using the Caffenieted Content plugin for WordPress. All you have to do is to enter your keyword and hit enter and it will automatically grab results from Yahoo! Answers and post them to the site.

    A few days ago, there were some problems with the site so I had to delete everything on the blog (and as a result, many pages indexed redirect to the main page), but as you can see in the screenshot, traffic is climbing back up steadily so that shouldn't be an issue.

    kitto, these past few days, I've seen one-page sites with absolutely no links pointing to them and that weren't even indexed go for $250 a piece. Considering the stats of my site, I'd only say that the price I'm asking for is reasonable.

    Here's the deal, since the average price for a site is 12 times its monthly earnings, I'm lowering the BIN to $320.

    The BIN has been lowered to $320.

    llcoolrobb, and the site is still earning. So what exactly is your point?
