Germany is offshore sir, but as you can see we don't allow everything like: Public Rapidleech, Warez Hosting , Phished Website etc...

Rapidshare dot come is located on a server in Germany, and more than 90% of the files hosted on rapidshare are illegal

 

one of your staff said that you have hardware failure that cause your hosting down and that'll take just for few hours before up again, but it's been 12 hours and i still can't open my reseller neither your website

Domdaf, is renting the server from us. There has been some misunderstanding at the datacenter and the HD's got unmounted. Therefore we worked for 8 hours last night to restore all the content. This issue had nothing to do with domdaf's service - it is completely our fault and we are very sorry.

We hope that you can understand that anything that is made by humans will definately break at the end - however, we tried our best and we are restoring the files asap.

All i can ask you is just to trust this guy again - he is a very good person.
