Are u depress or tense or worried about anythink and what does u do when u depress when i depress i do exersize like running etc ur views are welcome

i reckon i sleep about 8 hours on workk nights, and 10-15 on weekends when im depressed i listen to music, watch films, or go see friends. plus you always feel better after a good nights sleep!

Music always comforts me when I feel down. I try never to stress about things. I can never remember ever fixing the problem by being stressed over it. Best way to fight it is to do something about the situation causing the stress.
I am not at the moment but whenever i suffer such situation i try to relax myself by doing some activities specially working online or sleeping or just hanging out and nothing else Thanks PHYza
