    I've been down a lot lately, I'm a pretty miserable person generally... running and exercise in general is pretty good for that... as is a nice jay ;)

    I was depressed while I was sleeping. :(

    Now I am feeling good as I woke up now. :D

    I don't like sleeping at all. :p

    Well... I looooveeee sleeping. Actually i usually sleep 15 hours a day. :D

    i reckon i sleep about 8 hours on workk nights, and 10-15 on weekends :p

    when im depressed i listen to music, watch films, or go see friends. plus you always feel better after a good nights sleep!

    Music always comforts me when I feel down. I try never to stress about things. I can never remember ever fixing the problem by being stressed over it. Best way to fight it is to do something about the situation causing the stress.

    I am not at the moment but whenever i suffer such situation i try to relax myself by doing some activities specially working online or sleeping or just hanging out and nothing else :)
