    It can be auto updated, like it is now, or admin and members can manually add their stories. Same as in digg.

    Now, it is auto updating from digg.
    Its membership site and every member can submit stories manually. So update can be done auto (by feeds) or manually by each member or admin.

    How many registered members does the site have?
    Does it take a lot of space on the hosting account?
    And I did not see any ads, can these be placed there?
    After I get answers on these questions I will consider
    buying it if you install it on my server

    30 - 40 members, but they are not so active.

    All files are 3,2 MB all and base is 2,5 MB in gz format.

    Yes, ads can be placed on template files (on header and/or footer)
