Gambling is usually a little iffy (some directories allow them, some don't) .. I know mine does (www.linkalliance.net) -- you should also check out www.alivedirectory.com and www.site-sift.com -- Best of luck promoting your site, it looks like it has good potential.
it may be a good idea to submit to niche directories specifically set up for gambling sites. for example, we have one: http://www.onlinegamble.biz/
